Study on the impact of pre-stay communication efforts in three-star hotels in France
I am finishing studies in Tourism and Management at the Sorbonne University in Paris and am currently working on a thesis where I would like to see whether communication can alter the customer's satisfaction in hotels during the pre-stay phase, that is to say between the booking confirmation and the customer's arrival at the hotel.

Your help on this subject would be essential to help understand the importance of this time interval that is rarely studied and could potentially bring a new light to hotel managers and give them the opportunity to improve their services.
