We are very pleased about your interest in joining the HPD Study Tour Tokyo. In order to be part of the research group regarding Future Engineering in Asia and to join us on our trip to the fascinating city Tokyo, we request you to fill in this form and to provide us with the files requested. Based on motivation letter and CV, a group of Honours students will be selected.

Important dates

Deadline of application: 10th of April
Selection of students finished: 15th of April
Deadline for payment: 30th of April

Project kick-off day: 20th of May
(Partial) unavailability for the kick-off day is not per definition a problem, although attendance is highly preferred. Please specify your availability in the last section.

Period of trip: 10 days within the period of 8 till 23 July

Possibility of presentation at faculty afterwards

Cost of joining the study tour

600,- euro

Covers preparatory research process, flights, accomodation, cultural and business visits and transportation in Tokyo

Most likely the food will be covered as well

To hand in for application

- A short motivation letter (max 300 words)
- Your CV
- A copy/photo of your ID/passport/drivers license

The last section of this form specifies how to hand in these files.
