Please complete the following form if you would like to participate in the Fall 2018 Nursing Convocation, which will be held at the Mitchell Center on main campus on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m., the day before the University-wide Commencement. You will be receiving information from me throughout the semester regarding the Nursing Convocation, such as when you can order your cap and gown from the bookstore, what time to arrive to the event, etc.
