The objective of this dissertation is to find out the major causes and effects of delay in infrastructure projects through this quantitative approach, using the questionnaire and identifying responsible parties.

I am a student of Masters in Project Management at COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Pakistan. As a part of my programme I am carrying out a study about the causes and effects of delay in infrastructure projects in Qatar.

Exact title of my dissertation is “COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CLIENT, CONTRACTOR AND CONSULTANT’S PERSPECTIVE ON CAUSES AND EFFECTS OF DELAYS OF LARGE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS IN QATAR”.
