This third meeting will feature a presentation from Erica Marcus. Erica Marcus, MAT, founded Wise Minds. Big Hearts. to offer mindfulness programming for families, students, and schools throughout New England. She has spent over fifteen years working with young people as a mindfulness educator, classroom teacher, outdoor educator, and senior wilderness youth therapy field staff member. She draws upon her expertise as a certified Mindful Schools Instructor and yoga teacher to help young people cultivate healthy relationships with themselves, one another, and technology.
