All Centennial female athletes entering grades 8-12 are invited to the first annual Female Athlete Symposium on Wednesday, August 22 from 12:30-5:30 pm at the Performing Arts Center.  Michelle Kline, Centennial graduate and former Olympic Speed Skater, will kick off the event at 12:30 pm as the keynote speaker.  Girls will then rotate through breakout sessions.  Topics will include: growth mindset, handling defeat, guided imagery, nutrition and health, yoga and more!  This event is free and snacks and a t-shirt are included.
