Developing a National Action Plan to Advance the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Women Living with HIV
The collaborating partners for the Canadian Webinar Series on Implementing the WHO Guideline on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Women Living with HIV hosted an ancillary event at the Canadian Association for HIV Research (CAHR) conference in April 2018: Developing a National Action Plan to Advance the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights of Women Living with HIV (WLWH). This event brought together nearly 100 women living with HIV, policy-makers, community workers, social workers, clinicians, students, and researchers from across Canada to discuss policy, programming, and research considerations that will lay the foundation for a national action plan.

We are circulating this Google Form as part of an ongoing process of soliciting feedback from a wide community of stakeholders. Input and insights offered will inform the development of a national action plan to support, enhance, and strengthen the sexual and reproductive health and rights of WLWH. We warmly welcome you to join the conversation by filling out the questions in the sections that follow.

You will find the questions separated into four sections, based on the following discussion topics:

(1) Trauma- and Violence-Aware Practice

(2) Supporting Safer HIV Disclosure

(3) Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice

(4) Resilience, Self-efficacy, and Peer Support

Each section has a brief summary of preliminary themes and considerations that were identified during our in-person meetings at CAHR. These discussions were informed by webinars previously hosted by the collaborating partners.
