The annual Back to School BBQ is on Tuesday August 14th on the soccer field at Penryn from 5:30-7:30pm. It is a great way to see old friends and welcome new families to our amazing school. This year the Penryn PTC will provide the main dish consisting of Tri-tip, Turkey Burgers and Hot Dogs with their respective rolls or buns and a tossed green salad.  In addition, our 4th Graders will be fundraising by offering Lemonade and soft drinks at a minimal fee (bring some cash if interested in this option).  Otherwise we are asking families, broken up by last name, to contribute to the meal by bringing fruits/cold veggies, single portion bags of chips/pretzels/snacks, small water bottles and desserts.

We will have a waterslide on site with an attendant, so be sure to have kids wear bathing suits, bring towels and life vests if needed.  If you have smaller children, we advise that you still keep a watchful eye around water.  

If you are a new family attending Penryn this year be sure to visit the New Family table marked with balloons.  Since this is your first time attending our BBQ be sure to bring a picnic blanket or chairs to sit in the grass among other families.
