The Lens People Collection T&Cs

Payment terms

The Lens People Collection costs £700 plus expenses, however the total cost split into three separate payments.
The first payment is a £50 deposit.
In order to secure the booking, we request a £50 deposit. The deposit is a non-refundable retainer which will secure The Lens People’s services for the date of the wedding and so therefore bookings cannot be confirmed until this money has been received.
The second payment needs to be paid 3 weeks prior to the wedding.
This payment consists of £500 plus the expenses in full.
The third and final payment can be paid anytime after the wedding.
This payment consists of £150 must then be paid in order for the client to be able to receive their wedding videos. Please note the editing will commence once this final payment has been received.

Service supplied

The Lens People will provide two shooters to film the client's wedding from the morning prep all the way through to the Evening Celebrations and agrees to edit the footage into 5 separate videos all of which will be burnt onto DVD and copied onto a 64GB Memory Stick. These 5 separate videos will be The Main Wedding Video, The Highlights Video, The Full Ceremony Video, The Full Speeches Video and One Extra Video of the client’s choosing. The Extra Video can be anything filmed by The Lens People on the the day of the client’s Wedding. The client will be available to view The Main Wedding Video & The Highlights Video via vimeo, within 6 weeks from the point of the final payment being received, before all 5 of the videos are burnt onto five DVDs and copied onto one 64GB USB Memory Stick. The couple will also receive one set of free changes. Availability may be limited and reservations are made on a first come first served basis, validated by the deposit and the signed contract.

Denial Of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime where we deem it is in our best interest on the basis of credit, past history, lack of safety precaution, or likelihood of abuse.

Refunds and Cancellations

In the event of a booking cancellation made by the client all monies paid up until the point of cancellation will be non-refundable.
In the event of any money being taken in error, a full refund will be provided.
In the unlikely event that The Lens People cannot perform the services agreed upon; all fees paid by the client will be refunded. The Lens People will take the utmost care with respect to filming, editing and delivery of final video footage.
The Lens People reserves the right to use any footage for promotional or any other purposes or public display. The video is produced for the client's personal, private, in-home use. The client assumes all liability for any form of copyright infringement and is responsible for any personal releases.
