9th Grade Math Placement Test 8/4/2016 8:00am
Your child’s math placement was based on their grades in 8th Grade math, as well as the district math placement test.  We are offering an opportunity for students to retake the placement test, if an increase in this score would impact their math placement for 9th Grade.

We ask that all students wishing to retake the placement test, RSVP to ensure we have the space and resources available. If you have already emailed Mr. Necessary, then you have been RSVP'ed and you do not need to complete the process a second time on this form.

Please note, if one retake session becomes full, we will close sign-ups for that session and open another session. All students wishing to retake the test will be given the opportunity, however choice of date and time will be available on a first come, first served basis.
