Creative Writing Workshop (Girls, Gr. 3-5)

This is a continuation of the ASA offered during Session 3.

Students have the opportunity to build their creative spirit through pen and in this fun and productive after-school workshop. Various readings, prompts, and exercises will encourage your young writer to create original works of fiction and poetry. Writing projects will be geared towards various academic themes. Freewriting and small group workshops will help students write, revise, and polish their work. By the end of the six-week session, each student should have a “portfolio” of three to six pieces.
