Grievance Against an Official
This form is to be used only when a mistake or problem was significant enough to affect the outcome of a dual match. Disagreements over line calls do not qualify. If there was an error that did not affect the outcome of a dual match, please use the “Report of an Official” form. Even if it is determined that official error affected the outcome of a dual match, final dual match results will not be overturned or nullified as a result of the investigation.
