Hey all! This survey is a little more legit this time. The real planning is underway! We want to hear from YOU. What do you want out of this meet? And where would you like to stay? What is your general budget that you're planning for this?

I will remind you that this Survey is confidential and will only be viewed by Hiplop and BipolarChemist! We want to make sure things go as smoothly for you as possible :)

We need to figure out sleeping arrangements! Hiplop's house is available and it would be free to stay there, but we will have a limited capacity and it would be limited to sleeping bags and air mattresses. We are also looking into AirBnBs. They worked very well for a past couple of meets and we believe they would work well here too. It would likely be around $100-$150 per person for a 3 night stay (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday check out, possibly Tuesday pending on place we have). That's $100-$150 CAD and that's in total, not per night. PLEASE CHECK THE ONE THAT BEST APPLIES TO YOU: *
