2017–18 Primary School Extended Day Annual Daily Program Registration
Please use this form to register for our Annual Early Day and Late Day options. Annual enrollment is available for 5-day Early Day and 5-day Late Day, 5:30 p.m. schedules. If you would prefer to customize your schedule, you may do so by enrolling during the open-enrollment period for each term. Open-enrollment information for the September and fall terms will be included in Back to Lab at the beginning of August.

After submitting this form, you will receive an email confirming your registration has been received. Annual enrollment is non-refundable.
