I'd love to hear about your computer lab quandaries, please take a moment to share your thoughts below. I will be using these results to understand what are the problems and what is working in the computer lab. What is ratio of effort to maintain the computers between the Edcucators, and IT Support.

90% IT Support, 10% Staff, and the IT guy brings us coffees.

60% IT Support, and 40% Staff. We know each others names

30% IT Support , 70% Staff. Let me do it. It's just easier this way

95% Staff, 5% IT Not-very-supportive-support. Things went downhill when Carl left.

How locked down are your computers?

100% locked down, even copy and paste don't work

80% very locked down, It's tolerable, but I'd rather do the work on my phone

50% Locked down, I can do what I need to do, but it's not fun. The internet is moderatly tollerable.

30% Locked down. I can keep my bookmarks and keep the files I want, and the internet works fine.

Oh my god, you can lock down computers? I need that.
