Mutant Vehicles are vehicles kept inside the event as mobile or stationary art pieces.  This form is *required* for any vehicle kept inside the burn after dropping off camping supplies (excluding the parking lot or the RV area).  Mutant vehicles can be very fun and/or helpful, but managing their impact on the event means we have to have a few rules:

-Mutant vehicles are allowed in the burn area for the enjoyment of all participants, and for critical vehicles required to support theme camp infrastructure.  They cannot be kept in the burn field as just places to sleep, or to provide barriers for a camp.

-ALL vehicles kept in the main burn field must be artistically mutated so that the original vehicle is not immediately visible to participants.  A simple tarp or similar covering is not enough.  All mutant vehicles will be inspected and will be moved to the parking area if they are not sufficiently decorated.

-All mutant vehicle owners/operators agree to abide immediately with all event lead, ranger, and landowner requests.  In the event of significant rainfall on the property, it may be necessary to restrict movement/parking of vehicles entirely in the burn field.

-Mobile mutant vehicles (art cars) must stay below 5mph day and night.

-NO 2-wheeled motorized vehicles are allowed inside To the Moon.  They have an unusually large impact on the land, and it is very difficult to drive them under 5MPH (and too tempting to go faster).  Just leave the dirt bikes/motorcycles at home, or park them in the parking field.
