ALUMNI/PARENTS: Primary individual charged with communicating to alumni and/or parents.
CHAPTER ADVISOR/ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER - An Alumni/ae member (not an undergraduate student) that serves as the main point of contact for all chapter relations.
CHAPTER DELEGATE (IFC/PHA ONLY): This individual is the representative at IFC/PHA Council Meetings and can vote on behalf of the chapter.
CHAPTER HOUSE CORPORATION/BOARD MEMBER - this is an alumni/ae member who serves as your Advisor for Housing/Property related communication. This individual works/volunteers for the chapter's inter/national organization and, sometimes, has an organization email address such as @
alphabeta.org

COMMUNICATIONS/ORGANIZATIONS: Primary individual responsible for chapter communications, scheduling of rooms, OrgSync management, and other similar topics around communications and organization management.
FINANCIAL/TREASURER: Primary individual responsible for developing the chapter budget and/or collecting dues from members.
HEADQUARTERS REPRESENTATIVE: This individual works/volunteers for the chapter's inter/national headquarters and serves as the liaison for the GW Chapter. Sometimes, this individual has an organization email address such as @
alphabeta.org

HOUSE MANAGER: This individual is responsible for the management of the residents and maintenance of the chapter facility (on or off campus). This individual also works with GW Housing to submit rosters and communicate with the Greek Life Office.
JUDICIAL/STANDARDS: Primary individual of the chapter that coordinates the internal judicial board/honor board as well as those that serve on it.
NEW MEMBER EDUCATORS: Primary individual that coordinates and oversee the new member education process for the chapter. The officer should be a member of this group whether the chapter has a new member class one semester or not as this group will assist with planning future processes as well as pass on important information.
PHILANTHROPY/SERVICE: Primary individual that coordinates philanthropic and/or service events for the chapter. This could be the Philanthropy or Service Chair or chair a specific event that supports chapter service or philanthropy.
PRESIDENT: Individual responsible for being the voice and face of the chapter. This individual is responsible for managing the chapter's Executive Board positions.
PROGRAMMING/MEMBER EDUCATOR: Primary individual responsible for coordinating educational programming for members and the campus community. Other officers that plan events that do not fit into the other categories on this list.
PUBLIC RELATIONS/MARKETING: Primary individual responsible for marketing the organization or events including, but not limited to, Public Relations/Publicity Chairs, Marketing Chairs, T-Shirt Chairs.
RECRUITMENT: Primary individual responsible for coordinate events for potential new members
RISK MANAGER: Primary individual who coordinates risk management for the organization. This can be the Risk Management Chair and/or social chairs or vice-presidents.
RITUAL: Primary individual that coordinates ritual programming including, but not limited to, initiation ceremonies, preference night ceremonies, pinning ceremonies, ritual programming at chapter meetings, etc.
SCHOLARSHIP: Primary Academics or Scholarship Chair responsible for coordinating the management of chapter members academic progress
SOCIAL: Primary individual that plans social events for the organization. These social events can include alcohol or not.
VICE PRESIDENT: This individual is the chapter's second-in-command. Should the President not be available or cannot perform duties, this individual is next in line to take over/communicate.
