BEYE Discovery, Summer Adventures Camp August 2017
Join us for a thrilling finale to summer as we venture into Beye Discovery's Summer Adventures Camp, inspired by artists both past and present; the natural world; and our own experiences, interests and dreams. Through painting, drawing, printmaking and sculpture, children will develop their skills and imagination, to produce innovative works of art. Beye Discovery is facilitated by Jocelyne Adkins, Program Director, MAAE, School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Pickup Procedure *
If a child is not picked up at the end of her/his scheduled session, the program teacher or teaching assistant will contact parents/guardians (and any other individuals listed as emergency contacts) to make arrangements for pick up. After waiting 15 minutes, if no one is reached following several attempts with each emergency contact, the teacher or teaching assistant will proceed with the following emergency protocol. At no time will a program teacher or teaching assistant leave a student without adult supervision. If we have exhausted the list of all the emergency contacts on file without success, the call of last resort will be to the Oak Park Police Department at 708-386-2131 for assistance.  If parents/guardians arrive consistently late for pickup, the student will be removed from the program. Working together, we hope that these procedures and protocols will never need to be utilized. They exist to ensure that students will always be safe and supervised.  Thank you in advance for your cooperation, The Beye PTO.  My check of the button below indicates that I understand the pickup procedures and guidelines.
Payment Method *
Checks are made payable to the Beye PTO and sent to Jocelyne Adkins at: Beye Discovery, Beye Elementary School, 230 N. Cuyler Avenue, Oak Park, IL 60302. Checks may also be dropped of at the Beye Office in an envelope marked "Beye Discovery" c/o Jocelyne Adkins
