Are you interested in being a vendor at the Arts N’ Drafts Handmade Market? Please read the terms and then fill out the form below.

The cost is $10 per market date

-Non-Profit Vendors  (Non-Profits/Awareness Groups etc.) - If accepted, there will not be a charge for your space, there will be a limited number of these vendor spaces.

We process payments through PayPal, if you do not have a PayPal account please contact the Market Manager for other options. Once accepted, you will be sent a request for payment, which may come from PayPal or from the Market Manager  (Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE).  

WHAT WE PROVIDE & WHAT YOU BRING
Simple...We will provide electricity to your spot and of course...we provide a fun and eventful environment for everyone to enjoy! You are expected to bring a tent (if it is an outdoor market), tables, chairs, your own lighting if needed, extension cords, signage for your booth, and anything else you may need for your setup. We recommend you bring weights to hold your tent down in the event of sudden severe weather.

BE A GOOD HUMAN
*Leave your spot, cleaner than you found it.
*NO-SHOWS: Things happen, contact us asap if you are unable to vend on your scheduled date.
*If you don't clean up your space after the event or if you bail on your market commitments you may not be asked back to the Market, and that will suck for all of us.

Submitting this form indicates that you have read and accept these terms.

ELIGIBILITY: The Arts N’ Drafts Handmade Market has the right to determine whether a company or product is eligible for inclusion in the Market.

HOURS: The Market hours are from 5:00pm-9:00pm. Set up is between 3:30pm-4:45pm. Vendors must be loaded into your space and set up by 4:45pm.  Breakdown & clean-up begins at 9:00pm.  If you find that you are still making sales, you are welcome to stay longer for the Market if you wish.  All vendors must be packed up by 10:30PM at the latest.

INSURANCE: It is highly recommended that all vendors procure liability insurance for the Arts N’ Drafts Handmade Market event dates. The Arts N’ Drafts Handmade Market and Helltown Brewing / Rivertowne Brewing Company is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods or for claims arising out of the operations of concessionaires, exhibitors and vendors at the event.

SUBLEASING: Vendors may not sublet their space to another person or sell products/represent the business of another person/entity.

LOCATION OF THE MARKET AND HOW TO CONTACT US:
The Arts N’ Drafts Handmade Market will be held inside and or outside the brewery...depending on the weather. Space is limited so PLEASE only take up as much frontage as needed.  Each vendor has up to 10ft of frontage for your space.  PLEASE CHOOSE THE LEAST AMOUNT OF SPACE NEEDED.
