Maths for Change Hackathon Form
Thank you for your interest in the Sky School Maths for Change Curriculum Hackathon hosted by UWCSEA in Singapore on 12 and 13 January 2019.

Sky School Curriculum Hackathons are weekend long rapid curriculum development events. At this hackathon we will be developing a module that will focus on ways in which Sky School students can apply key mathematical concepts within their communities and create change.

We are looking to form a strong team of 8-12 individuals who between them will have the following profiles:

* Educators with experience of teaching mathematics at secondary education level
* Educators with experience of designing curriculum for mathematics
* Educators with experience of social enterprise and/or applied mathematics
* Educators with experience of working with refugee learners
* Educators who have experience with and/or want to learn how to use concept-based teaching and learning to design curriculum
* Educators with expertise in teaching English as an Additional Language (EAL)
* Young people aged 16-30 who have experience of migration or displacement
