SAES PTO Membership Form and HR help
The SAES PTO welcomes you to the 2018-2019 school year and invites you all to become members of our organization.  If you’re looking for the quickest and easiest way to get information, become involved in activities, and support the many wonderful programs at school, this is how you start!

There is one annual flat fee of $6.00 to join. This fee includes membership for all parents/guardians in the family.

Complete this form and send in $6.00 cash or check made out to SAES PTO in an envelope marked PTO MEMBERSHIP AND your CHILD'S NAME so we can match it with your completed form.

YOU MUST BE A PTO MEMBER IN ORDER TO BE A ROOM PARENT OR PARTY HELPER. YOU CAN SIGN UP FOR THOSE AT THE END OF THIS FORM.

New this year, you have an option to select if you would like to participate in our SAES Family Directory. You do not not need to be a PTO member to participate in the directory. The directory will be distributed electronically.
