Created For A Purpose Survey
Welcome to the Board or Stewardship survey for the 2017 Stewardship Campaign.  Each one of us was created by God for a purpose and we were all given gifts to help us fulfill that purpose.  So too does our church have a purpose and this survey is designed to help the church boards and staff learn about the talents, skills and interests of our members. The more we know about our church, the better we will be able to serve our members, the community, and plan for the future of our church.

Completing this survey should only take a few minutes.  Please have every adult member of your household fill out the survey.
