-I have the right to refuse a commissioner if I am uncomfortable with the prompt they have shared with me.

-You MUST pay before reserving a lot in the queue.

-I will send you work in progress phases of your commission.

-I will refund during the rough-clean sketch, and line art stage but only a portion of the original price, I will not send you the unfinished piece.

-I can change the appearance in the rough/clean sketch-lineart stage. Along with coloring too. I highly recommend you ask for changes before I start linework

-DO NOT EDIT MY ART AFTER RECEIVING THE FINISHED PIECE! Please message me if you'd like to have any changes done to it.

-Minor edits to older art commissions are free if it doesn't alter the piece too much (i.e. changing the hair, adding wings.) But major changes will vary in cost (i.e. change of clothes, change of species, change of body shape.)

-I will not refund if I have enter the coloring staged of the art piece and I will not send you the unfinished piece.

-I will not refund if the commission is completed and has been sent to you

-You must be AT LEAST 18 years old to commission me.

-If you are found to be underage you will be refunded immediately.

-Please make sure to upload the watermarked version of your commission. Please be sure to send me a link if you decide to upload it anywhere!

-I have a right to ask you to remove a re-upload if it's not credited and/or doesn't have the watermark on it.

-My work is to not be placed in any AI programs and to not be used for AI learning.
