Dear Parent (s) and Guardian(s),
Our school uses Artsonia (www.artsonia.com), and google sites to create digital portfolios of their artwork.

In using these forums, your child will be uploading his/her artwork by taking photos of the artwork. In Artsonia they will adding a title and statement about the artwork that will be collected, along with other information, by artsonia.

I will be approving all submission added by your child to his/her digital portfolio on Artsonia and google sites. Your child's digital portfolio will be seen by other students and teachers at our school. (With additional permissions* this artwork can also be made viewable in the public gallery.

Under the Child's Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if your child is under 13, he/she needs your consent in order to use Artsonia or google sites. For more information of COPPA, please visit http://www.ftc.gov/privacy/coppafaqs.htm.

Please take a moment to learn what personal information is collected by Artsonia from you child and how artsonia can use you child's personal information by viewing the following:

Google Sites is under our google classroom policies, agreed upon when the student creates their password.
