New Students:
Level placement can be assigned by attending a class during our spring session (preferred), or by submitting a video audition/placement link (see below).  To attend a placement class, please send your inquiry via email to education@tudance.org or by phone at (612) 605-1925.  Please bring resume, headshot, and a non-refundable registration fee of $35.00 (may be pre-paid online at www.tudance.org/summer) to the placement class.  Payment can be made by check (payable to TU Dance), cash or debit/credit card.  This form should be submitted once a level has been assigned to you.
Current Students:
Please submit this registration form with all the information required.  Your level will remain the same unless otherwise specified by TUDC staff.
Video Audition/Placement:
Please send a resume, headshot and video link with a short ballet center combination and a modern phrase, along with a registration fee of $35.00 to TU Dance, Attn: Summer Intensive, PO Box 40405, Saint Paul, MN 55104.  Students can also email audition materials to education@tudance.org and pre-pay the audition/registration fee online.

Tuition and Payment
A tuition payment and a $35.00 one-time registration fee for new students is required for registration and due by June 15, 2018. Tuition payment can be made in full or by arranging a payment plan. Students will not be allowed to begin classes until a payment has been received.
