Trailblazer Confirmation 1 Online Application (BCRE) 2018
This is an online application for the BCRE 2018-2019 Trailblazer Confirmation 1 initiative.  It should be completed by the teen / candidate for Confirmation (not the parent)!  After completing this online application, we will make arrangements to meet with the Confirmation candidate / Trailblazer applicant.  This conversation will likely be with Mr. Carbrello, Mr. Spinale, another member of the staff, or possibly one of the Confirmation coordinators.  The main purpose of the conversation is to make sure the Trailblazer program will be a good fit for the Confirmation candidate.

THIS FORM IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR REGISTERING FOR CONFIRMATION 1 / RELIGIOUS EDUCATION WITH THE BILLERICA CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION (BCRE) OFFICE.  Please download the BCRE Family Registration Form if you have not yet registered for Religious Education / Confirmation.
