We are surveying Edge High School students and staff. The purpose of this survey is to learn about mental health and current resources that are available at this facility. Below are a series of questions that may include sensitive topics. If you choose to complete this survey all the information you supply will be held in the strictest confidence. No individual will be identified and all responses will be reported in a summarized format. Your decision to answer these question will not affect your current academic standing. This is in collaboration with The University of Arizona and the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
