Side note: As the Team Leader, I will be doing the majority of the work. Executive board members are expected to be dedicated, but not expected to require more than 1-2 hours of work per week, depending on the position. For example, fundraising chairs might be very active throughout February/March and then be done, the Vice President should be continuously involved, but the Education day chairs should only require a few meetings to get everything together.
