Bus Contract
All MBIS students travelling to / from school, by bus must answer the following questions and submit it .  
STUDENTS WHO CHOOSE TO BEHAVE IN AN UNSAFE OR UNACCEPTABLE MANNER WILL BE BANNED FROM THE BUS

1. I will sit down and remain in my seat for the entire journey.  If standing, stay behind the driver and will not push and move around the bus. *
2. I will not eat or drink on the bus. *

3. I will use acceptable language when talking to the driver or other students and speak quietly so as not to distract the driver. *

4. I will not throw objects inside the bus or out of the bus. *
5. I respect at all times bus property, equipment and do not stand on seats or vandalise the bus in any way. *
6. I will not harass, bully or abuse the other students or the driver in any way (in either a verbal or physical way). *
7. I will respect others’ property and not interfere with it in any way. *
8. I will listen to and follow the requirements and instructions of the bus driver and the teachers on duty at all times. *
9. I will not engage in any conversation and behaviour that could put other students, the driver or myself at risk. *
10. I will not allow any portion of my body to protrude out of the bus windows. *
11. I will pay the correct fare for the journey.  Timetables and fare details are available from the MBI School Office or on the website. *
I have read the above rules and am aware of the safety and behaviour requirements needed while travelling to and from MBI School. I understand that non-compliance will result in a ban from me using the bus. *
