PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT PROVIDING TABLES AND/OR CHAIRS THIS YEAR. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY AVAILABLE FOR RENT.

POSTPONED: Pride 2020 will be held September 25th & 26th at Headwaters Park. The vendor market hours are Saturday from noon-7pm.

Due to the date change, we will no longer be using the West side of the Headwaters because it is already rented out. Instead, we will be hosting the nonprofit resource fair on the East side. We will update you on location depending on how many vendors will be attending the new date.

Retail, business, and sponsor booths will still be located on the east side for a fee of $125. A limited number of electric spaces are also available for an additional cost. You may bring a canopy, but it must be weighted down or we will ask you to take it down. If you would like to be open Friday night, please indicate that below. There is an additional charge of $50 for a Friday setup. You will also need to indicate if you are staying late on Saturday.

Each booth space comes with 4 wristbands. Additional bands can be purchased at a discounted rate of $3 per day. Email Arin at vendor@fwpride.org for any vendor questions. Pride Guide advertising is also available contact Nikki (nikki@fwpride.org) with questions.
