As per the Constitution of the Southport Soccer Club, a junior (playing) member application is conditional upon the accompaniment of a completed *Adult General Membership. General Membership Fees (GMF) are inclusive in the first instance a Junior Registration Fee ($60.00) with subsequent sibling player registration fees being reduced by the GMF.

Each (initial) Junior registration includes 2 x Adult General Memberships.

By completing this form you are completing the first step in your family becoming part of the Southport Soccer Club. Please ensure you read the instructions forwarded to you in the ensuing email.

*General Memberships are open to persons 18 years and older only.
