Saturday November 18th, 2017: Gowling Christmas & Holiday Craft Show 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
General Information:
Vendor Fee: $50 for 6' table and and chair. Each 6' table space has an available footprint of (approximately) 7' wide x 6' deep. Space is limited. Vendor spaces will not be held without payment. Payments will be due by September 29th without exception. DO NOT FORWARD PAYMENT UNTIL YOU ARE FORMALLY ACCEPTED. Further details regarding payments will be forwarded with vendor acceptance letters (online payments). The application deadline is September 8th, 2017. The selection committee will contact EACH applicant to notify them of their application status. Applicants not accepted as vendors will have the opportunity to have their name placed on the wait list for spaces that become available.
Vendors must have their table set up by 10:00 a.m. door opening. Set up and tear down is the responsibility of each vendor. Table allocation will be at the discretion of the Craft Show Organizers and will be based on overall balance of the categories. Special needs for each vendor (i.e. electricity, specific location, etc.) will be taken into consideration, however, not guaranteed. Electrical outlets are available, but limited.Therefore, prior arrangements must be made with the Craft Show Organizers (request made in application). Vendors will supply their own power bars, cords, etc. Vendors agree they will NOT close their booth or remove articles from their booth prior to 3:30 p.m. No refunds will not be given to any vendor should they be unable to attend (unless organizers are able to locate a suitable replacement). No vendors shall sublet, transfer, or lease spaced allocated to them should they be unable to attend. No ticket sales, draws for articles shall be held without prior permission b the Craft Show Organizers.
The Gowling Craft Show Organizers will be advertising this event using social media, classified ads, newspaper as, flyers, yard signs, a large billboard sign, as well as approaching local media, etc.
The selection committee will advise all applicants by September 15th, 2017 of the outcome of the vendor selection process and their application status. PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN OFFICIALLY ACCEPTED.
