Please use this form to book the mLab Northern Cape Co-Working Lab or at Galeshewe.

Things to consider before booking the venue:

* The venue can only be used for a maximum of four weeks
* The venue has limited WiFi and users are expected to bring their own if they require WiFi
* The Boardroom can accommodate 20 people only
* The Training room can only accommodate  40 people in the a classroom style set up and 60 people in a conference setup.
* Access to the computer room is limited provided that written consent is provided by the partner granting access.
* Setup must be conducted on the Date of the Event, unless otherwise approved by the First Party in writing.
* Take-down must be completed upon completion of event and mLab cannot be held responsible for any equipment left at the event.
* Each venue has a screen projector and we do make the projector available to the event host if it is booked.
* The form for venue booking must be completed seven business  days before the event.
* We respond to venue bookings request on Tuesday ad Thursday only.
* Only approved and completed bookings will be granted access to use the space.
* Availability is subject to scheduling of other activities, including maintenance.
