Terms
The Dock Season is from early May to Mid-October. You will be placed on
the Waiting List in order of receipt with payment. We send contracts out to our current
renters in February and once we know who is not coming back we reach out
to those on our Waiting List to see if they are interested in a contract. Once
you have rented a dock for the season you will be sent a contract for that slip
the following year. Occasionally we have a renter who leaves mid-season
and we will reach out to our Waiting List to see if anyone wants a partial
season. The Waiting List fee does not go towards your dock fee.
