H.E.A.R.T. Volunteer Form
Thank you for volunteering to run an enrichment activity at Hillside as part of our H.E.A.R.T. (Hillside Enrichment at Recess Time) Pilot Program.  The pilot will run for Grades 2 and 3 during recess time from 12:05-12:30 PM beginning on Monday, January 23rd and ending on Friday, February 17, 2017.  The purpose of this form is to collect unique ideas that can be offered for enrichment.  Opportunities can vary based on grade level. Please submit your session ideas by December 15, 2016.  Once collected, we will select an array of programs to be offered in this first cycle that meet the diverse interests of our students.  Thank you for partnering with us to bring this innovative program to Hillside!
