Please fill out the form below to submit a booking request for the upcoming SHSM workshops at the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts or the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts.

Students participate in one certification workshop and attend an evening main stage show.

All requests will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

Please note, a booking request is not confirmed until a confirmation/invoice is issued to the Teacher email provided. Confirmations will be emailed within 1-5 business days. If for any reason we are not able to accommodate any part of your booking request, the Teacher email will be contacted. Students must be accompanied by at least one adult.

Workshop + Evening Performance:
Cost per student = $55.00
Cost per adult = $30.00

Workshop Only:
Cost per student = $25.00
Cost per adult = $0.00
