We'll be taking requests for Deliveries by Santa (first requested, first served).
After you submit your request, you'll get a confirmation from us via email (you can reach her at Teresa@BeavercreekPizza.com). It's not an automatic system, but you can expect a response within 24 hours. If you don't get one, drop us an email or call the store.
HERE'S HOW IT WILL WORK:
We'll confirm and reserve your Santa time by email.
On the date of your reservation, you'll call the store and place your order (regular delivery area and minimums apply). We ask that you call the store at least 90 minutes before your requested delivery time to place your order. If you don't call at least 90 minutes before your reserved time to confirm and to place your delivery order, your reservation will be cancelled (sorry, but we do need to stay on time for everyone).
Santa will ride along with your pizza delivery. Santa cannot come in your home. Please don't invite Santa inside. It is against our company policy for any of our employees to enter your home. Santa needs his pizza job the other 364 days of the year, so please don't ask him inside.
And, here's the idea.
For young children, we really don't need a story. They'll probably just be surprised and happy that Santa's coming to see them. For older children, it will be that Santa was at the store for dinner and heard that we were coming to your house to deliver pizza so he thought he'd come along to meet the kids, check out the roof for reindeer-safety, and see how your Elf is doing.
This is the second year we're trying this. We're good sports and kind people and we want it to go not just well, but really well. If you have any ideas, suggestions or tips, we'd love to hear them. Drop us a line at Teresa@BeavercreekPizza.com.
