Join the new class of DREAMBIG Academy students and fellow community leaders for the DREAMBIG Academy Networking Reception at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, July 19 from 6-8 p.m. at the Colonial Room at the Nebraska Union, 1400 R Street in Lincoln. The rising high school seniors from across Nebraska who were selected for the DREAMBIG Academy are first-generation college students, have knowledge and experience in diverse communities, meet federal guidelines for low income status and are interested in business with a 2.5 or higher GPA. The DREAMBIG Academy helps them learn more about the diverse world of business, what it’s like to go to college, and what their own strengths are and how they can maximize them to achieve their goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

- A series of networking conversations with DREAMBIG students in a relaxed speed-dating format.
- Business casual or business professional attire.
- Light refreshments will be served.
- Please bring your business cards and your name tag.
