All helpers will help out in ski hire, getting children ready with equipment. Skiing helpers will have some time to free ski for an hour while the children are having lessons in the morning. After that, they will be skiing with children and taking those who are ready and able, up the chairlift and guiding them down. On foot helpers will be encouraging those on the learners slope and supervising around the lunch area. There will be a cost for skiing parents who don't have a seasons pass, but this will be minimal. I will calculate this cost once we know how many need passes.
