1. The schedule of play for the last day of the tournament will be posted the night before, and may be subject to change.

2. All teams are to provide a contact person, email, and phone number so as to be notified of any changes that may be made to our tournament or the playing schedule.

3. A player roster of up to 22 players (25 for over 70s) must be built for each team, but the roster can be modified up until the first game kick-off. Same-day player additions to the roster will incur a $5 charge/player.

4. Players may register for only one roster per division. Players may register for multiple divisions and must complete a player registration form for each.

5. A Team Manager can modify the team roster up until the team’s first game. Once the first game is played, the roster cannot be changed. If a player is not on the Team Roster, he/she may not play for that team.

6. These rules may be altered or changed for the benefit of the participants, or for any other reason, at the discretion of the tournament committee.

7. While teams are expected to fill a full roster, if your roster changes and you need additional players, please contact our Tournament Director, Kevin Smith, for assistance. We are keeping a list of free agent players that we will match to teams in need of players.

8. Consumption of alcohol outside of the designated beer gardens is strictly forbidden while on the recreation centre grounds.

9. Players are expected to treat officials, spectators and other participants with respect and dignity, governed by high standards of etiquette and decorum.
