VACANCY: Direct Sales Agents DSA/19
Our client, a Microfinance Bank based in Lagos is recruiting to fill the post of Direct Sales Executives. These Executives will participate in the sales and administration of Financial products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Supervisor assigned to their zones and engage with clients in managing their loans.

The compensation structure (allowance + commission), selling model, target and training method guarantees a win-win situation for staff and the organization.

If you have minimum of 2 years’ experience, self-driven, organized, willing to work in Lagos, have excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a passion for selling, can work under pressure, a professional with good work ethics, then this job is for you!

Remuneration is N55k per month gross plus commission.
