Complete this form to reserve a spot in one of the limited capacity sessions at the UWO Mathematical Problem Solving Contest on April 24.

Each participating student may sign up for only one limited-capacity session.

Students can register themselves using their own email address, or an advisor/coach/teacher can register their students using the advisor's email address. (The form will allow more than one submission per email address, but there should only be one submission per student).

The number of seats available in each session will be automatically updated. Once the capacity is reached, the session will no longer appear as an option.

If no options appear, that means all limited-capacity sessions are full. But don't worry, there are still other activities that you do not need to pre-register for and have no cap on the number of participants. Please see the Activities Schedule posted online at www.uwosh.edu/mathematics/contest.
