CreativityWorks and the Ventura County Arts Council are applying for disaster relief money for the creative community. We are required to conduct a survey to find how many artists were affected by the Thomas Fire and an estimated dollar amount of losses. The survey should take 10-15 minutes to prep and 3 minutes to complete.

YOUR ANSWERS WILL HELP DEMONSTRATE THAT VENTURA COUNTY CREATIVES HAVE ENDURED SIGNIFICANT LOSSES AND MAY HELP US SECURE DISASTER RELIEF FUNDING. But don't sweat it - rough estimates are fine.

Your answers WILL NOT affect your qualifying for aid. If we get the funding from the California Arts Council, there will be a separate application process. And your answers will be kept confidential.
