Science, Wine & Cheese, a poster session and reception, will be held during National Postdoc Appreciation Week on September 20, 2016, from 4-6pm. You can register here to present your poster at the event and receive free presentation training from the Alda Center for Communicating Science. You may also register just to attend the poster session and reception, mingle and talk science with your colleagues, and vote for best poster.

Please note that all poster presenters on Sept 20th are also expected to attend the Alda Center training on Sept 14th from 1-3pm. The training will provide strategies for effectively presenting your work to an educated, non-specialist audience in a short, poster pitch.

HOW TO SIGN UP TO PRESENT A POSTER:
1. Enter your contact info below.
2. Affirm that your postdoctoral supervisor supports you presenting your work in the Spotlight.
3. Agree to participate in a coaching sessions to be held on September 14, 1-3pm.
4. After submission, you will be contacted shortly after the signup closing date about whether you have been selected to present your poster (we have room for 30, first come, first served). At that time, we will request a title and abstract from selected speakers.

If you plan on attending without presenting, please just give us your contact information so we can estimate our numbers for catering at the reception.
