Please complete this form for any students registering for CCD classes this year.  Classes are held on Sunday mornings from 9-10:15 AM for grades PreK-6 and on Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30 PM for grades 7-12.  Fees are $20 per child with a maximum of $45 per family and can be paid at the first class.
