What time frame are you available to volunteer? *

All Day (7:30AM - 4PM)

Morning (7:30 -12PM) Duties may be assigned around Setup, Registration, Drop off, Escort and etc.

Afternoon (12 - 4PM) Duties may be assigned around Lunch, Escort, Community Service , Pick-up, Breakdown and etc.

Breakdown Volunteers: Assist with the clean-up and breakdown of the rooms at the end of the event.

Escort Volunteers: Meet girls upon arrival, direct them to registration and in specified areas throughout the summit.

Committee Member: Already assigned or additional duties selected.

Guest Speaker

Lunch Servers: Setting up decorated table. Assist with serving food and drinks to girls. Assist with breakdown.

Parent Circle Session Speaker

Photographer: Capture the essence of the event with shots of speakers, girls participating and other interactive photo opportunities, and group photos. Provide GRP with copies of all photos.

Registration Volunteers: Ensure orderly check-in process for girls and other volunteers. Assist in other areas as needed.

Room Monitors / Speaker Assistants: Support speaks for the event with their needs, monitor room during speaker time.

Setup Volunteers: Assist with the setup of the rooms prior to the start of the event.

Videotographer: Capture the essence of the event with shots of speakers, girls participating and other interactive photo opportunities. Interview girls about their experience with the event. Provide GRP with a copy of edited footage.
