2018-19 ISACS Administrative Services Committee (ASC) Consideration Form
The Administrative Services Committee focuses on the specific needs of division heads across the region. The committee determines a variety of ways to support the growth and development of division heads, including but not limited to:

   • Networking with division head in local/state sections of the region.
   • Suggesting elements to enhance the Academy for Division Heads.
   • Advancing the strategic initiative for multicultural curriculum development.
   • Sponsoring professional growth opportunities on a regional level.
   • Advising the president, board & director of prof. development on the needs of division heads.
   • Recognizing outstanding leadership at the division level.
   • Contributing to the website by providing resources for division heads
   • Identifying challenges facing division heads and develop programming which addresses them.

The term of service is three years. The committee member’s term starts at the November meeting, which is their first formal obligation. They are however invited to the April meeting prior to the November meeting as an orientation if they are able to attend.

For example, a term of 2018-21 would mean:

   • an introduction meeting in April (if they choose prior to the start of their official term)
   • Expected attendance at the ISACS Annual Conference each year (November).
   • Expected attendance at the Academy for Division Heads each year (February).
   • 3 meetings in 2018-19: November, February, April
   • 3 meetings in 2019-20: November, February, April
   • 3 meetings in 2020-21: November, February, April

Note: The April 2021 meeting would be the last meeting
