8th Grade Tour Guide Sign-Up
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
In order to lead a tour you have to meet the following criteria:
*Be up to date on all coursework including NCVPS and AB Tech
*Have teacher permission and have alerted your teacher of your tour date and time
*Be responsible for any and all missed work
*Be willing to lead a tour group ALONE
*Remain professional at all times and be a positive representation of our school
*Be able to speak loud and clear to a large group and answer questions about our school

**ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP FOR THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHOW UP ON TIME TO THE CAFETERIA 5 MINUTES EARLY TO GO OVER DETAILS**

I understand that by volunteering to be a tour guide for NDA, I am agreeing to be a professional representative of my school.  I will not engage in horse play, will speak loud and clear, will be touring alone and will represent my school in a positive light.   *
