This is your official registration for the APPmazing race during iPadpaloozaMN. More details will be sent to you and your team after you register.

A team must be between 3-4 people and do NOT have to all be from the same school or district. You can only participate on one team during the event. Registration is free and the prizes are yours to keep. While we only require a team name on this form, we'll be awarding bonus points for team creativity & collaboration!

Winning teams will receive their awards and recognition at the closing ceremonies starting at 3:00pm on June 15th. (MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN)
