**We are now on a waitlist for 2019 CSA Shares. Go ahead and submit this form and we will contact you if a share opens up this season. You will also be the first to know when our 2020 CSA shares become available. You can still get produce from us at the Saturday 8am to Noon Farmers Market in Old Town at Mountain & Howes and at our farm stand Fridays 4pm - 7pm at 2229 West Vine Dr. Thank you for your support!**
A share consists of a box of vegetables and culinary herbs every week running from mid May through mid October of 2019. Shares can be picked up each week at either our farm on Fridays or the Larimer County Farmers Market in Old Town on Saturday mornings. We are also partnering with Maxline Brewing to deliver shares weekly to their taproom for pickup on Fridays at College & Drake. Please see below to choose a specific time and location to pick up your share.
The variety in the share changes weekly, as different crops come into and out of season throughout the year. We grow over 60 different crops and varieties, carefully chosen for taste, nutrition, and quality. Everything that we grow is pesticide-free and grown right here at our farm in Fort Collins, located just west of Taft Hill & Vine. We offer the CSA share option to give our neighbors the option to buy our produce at a wholesale price instead of the retail prices found at market. Also, the CSA model allows farmers to have income at an important time of the year when we are ordering seeds, building infrastructure, and improving our tools and production practices.
The share comes to about $20/week and includes several convenient pickup options after our harvest each week. The Friday at the Farm and Saturday at Market pickup options are interchangeable. We will have your share either way at those locations for you to pickup on a given week! Questions? Email us at
Raisinroots@gmail.com or call at (443) 863-0677.
A $50 deposit will reserve your 2019. You are welcome to pay in full prior to that date, as we have plenty of seeds to order and work to do before Spring arrives :) We ask for payment in full by May 1st of 2019. Check in the mail is most convenient for us. We will confirm with you when we receive it!
We also accept SNAP/EBT benefits and have grant funding to match 50% of the share cost. SNAP recipients can use their EBT card at our Friday stand or at market on Saturday, and can also call to process payment over the phone. Folks paying with this method can pay what you can throughout the year, and we do not need payment in full until later in the season depending on what payment plan works for you.
